Andrew Wagner is a Director at DSI, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the restructuring and insolvency arena, having managed a wide variety of matters across a spectrum of industries such as financial institutions, mortgage companies, real estate holdings, retail outlets, media platforms, automotive suppliers and medical providers.
Mr. Wagner has secured strong financial outcomes and delivered successful results through his intense involvement in the financial, legal and logistical aspects of restructuring work. Mr. Wagner guides negotiations during various cycles of distressed businesses, including bankruptcy avoidance, pre-filing stages and Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings. He appreciates the discipline required to balance short, medium and long-term interests, while emphasizing quality customer service through crisp communication and a sharp focus on client expectations and relationship building.
Prior to joining DSI, Mr. Wagner has held various positions at AlixPartners, Epiq Systems Ltd., Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC and several law firms. He earned a J.D. at Southwestern Law School and a B.A. at Seton Hall University.
