Kingston Press

Assignee for the Benefit of Creditors

  • Staged down factory production
  • Organized and implemented liquidation of assets

Kingston Press ran a series of high-speed presses and serviced the publication of many national magazines. Kingston had three lines to manage the printing, slitting and binding of products for a variety of different applications. Kingston lost a major publishing contract and therefore became a factory with overcapacity. DSI organized an orderly liquidation of the company, the sale of the presses and a controlled liquidation of the stock of magazines and paper on hand on behalf of the company.
