Company was at one time the largest independent drywall company in the State of California. Parent company, US Builder Services, and their lenders decided to wind down the business venture through an Assignment for the Benefit of the Creditors due to continued annual losses and union costs. DSI was highly successful on the negotiations and collections of outstanding receivables despite the company walking off jobs that were left incomplete. The company also owned and operated a fleet of vehicles that were liquidated with a high rate of recovery for creditors.
